On April 18, PTI hosted a digital event exploring the role of technology – and technology specialists – within professional sports teams.
More specifically: what’s required for IT and technology leaders to gain greater influence within their sports businesses.
It was hosted by PTI Chief Technology Officer Dan Smith and featured a guest presentation from Thorsten Gfrarer, Automation and Technology Manager at Luton Town.
Thorsten spent eight years introducing technology innovations at Easyjet and is currently managing Luton’s entire tech stack, as well as project-managing new implementations.
