PTI Digital have been appointed by the NEC Group to develop a mobile strategy across their arena venues – which includes Utilita Arena Birmingham, Resorts World Arena and the Group’s ticketing brand, The Ticket Factory.
PTI Digital have been appointed by the NEC Group to design and execute a mobile strategy for the arena venues, starting with a practical approach as fans return, building towards a longer-term strategy.
Following the restructure of the NEC Group in February 2021, the Ticketing and Arenas divisions merged, with the joint ambition of growing the volume of NEC Group Arenas tickets sold via The Ticket Factory and to create new revenue streams, and improve customer experience through mobile technology.
NEC Group see mobile ticketing as the first step on a journey towards a broader approach to unlocking new mobile technology driven opportunities in its arena venues.
