PTI Digital, the specialist Digital Transformation and Technology consultancy, has named Ben Wells as its new Chief Executive Officer as part of a leadership team restructure.
Wells, previously Head of Marketing at Chelsea and Chief Commercial Officer at Bath Rugby, replaces Mike Bohndiek, who joined Arsenal as Technology Director earlier this year. Wells has been PTI’s Chief Commercial Officer since 2020.
Michelle Tricker will become PTI’s Chief Operating Officer, with Dan Smith named PTI’s new Chief Technology Officer. The PTI leadership team is completed by Daniel Brown, Chief Data and Digital Officer.
The restructure provides diverse experience and expertise at a leadership level through which PTI can further roll-out its proven technology solutions and strategy consultancy across the sport and entertainment sectors.
PTI had a breakthrough year in 2022, delivering against a diverse range of strategic briefs across Major Events Technology Delivery, Smart Venue Strategy, Digital Transformation, IT Managed Services, D2C Platform Delivery and Data-led Marketing Strategy. Current clients include Oak View Group, Premiership Rugby, The Jockey Club and Jacksonville Jaguars.
