PTI appoint Tom McGuiness – formerly of Crystal Palace FC – as Head of Data & Insights (EMEA).
PTI Digital have continued to expand their team with the appointment of Tom McGuiness as Head of Data and Insights. McGuiness will be based in the UK where he will assist clients in driving their data and digital objectives.
On joining PTI, McGuiness said “Using data and insights to understand your customers and aid decision-making can be crucial for organisations, and never more so as digital adoption accelerates post-COVID. Having been a PTI client for a number of years, I’m excited to be joining a team that has experience across so many industries to assist organisations in achieving their objectives.”
McGuiness joins from Crystal Palace FC where he most recently co-led their digital transformation project, from new website, app and data lake to providing digital fan experiences and driving commercial growth for the club and partners. Prior to his role as Head of Campaigns and CRM, McGuiness had considerable marketing experience, with a specific focus on improving acquisition and retention rate through data-driven marketing.
McGuiness will bring huge experience to PTI’s burgeoning client list, which also includes Oak View Group, Norwich City, Bristol Sport & Ashton Gate, Edgbaston and the NBL in Australia.
