
PTI continues 2021 expansion with Bob Tait, Steven Ward and Eloise Ramson joining the team.
Bob Tait, joining the team as Head of Digital Engagement, comes with a wealth of digital experience, particularly in football, with previous roles including Head of Digital at Sunderland AFC, EFL’s Head of Audience and Content and most recently on Middlesbrough F.C.’s senior leadership team as Head of Digital and Marketing Development.
Bob has over 20 years of experience in the digital sector, with nine years focused on sport, and will be working across PTI’s varied client roster, developing industry-leading models and solutions for the sport industry’s current and future challenges in transforming businesses and capitalising on digital potential.
Bob added: “PTI is an innovative, authentic organisation that understands the sports and entertainment industries with unique expertise. The team works with clients not just to come up with recommendations but walks alongside them to undertake and implement the changes within the business.

Bob is one of a trio of February hires for PTI, with Steven Ward joining the Venue Tech team as Lead Technology Consultant. Like Bob, Steven has 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, with the last 12 in the sporting sphere.
Previous projects include Stadium MK’s 30,000-seater stadium ready to host international events, 300-bedroom hotel and 4,000-capacity multi-purpose arena. Event delivery covered a wide range of sports and entertainment, such as football (as MK Dons’ home grown), rugby, snooker, darts, badminton and music concerts, with the highlight being the stadium hosting three Rugby World Cup 2015 matches.
Steven moved onto Silverstone to work on the delivery of the British Grand Prix, over 40 other track events a year and the interactive Silverstone Experience museum.

I am very much looking forward to playing my part.”
PTI also welcomes Graphic Designer Eloise Ramson, who will be supporting across all business pillars. Eloise joins from global rugby agency Esportif, where she worked in the commercial and media sector, managed social media and took on the full-time responsibility for creating graphics across the different business areas of the agency.
Eloise said: “I’m really excited to join a company with such a positive company culture and impressive team. PTI has a real variety of clients and I’m looking forward to being able to use my design skills in an industry that I love and support and be challenged in different areas of the business.”
